Staff interaction with our guests is the single most important
ingredient of our continued success. We are looking for hard working,
honest, guest-oriented staff members to join the Mountain Sky team for
the 2010 season! Our season opens May 1st with closing around October

Prospective applicants may wish to consider:· Seasonal employees must be available to work at least through Labor Day.
· Wrangling positions require two interviews; a personal interview, as well as a "horseback interview" with our head wrangler. Wrangler applicants must be experienced in riding in a wilderness and mountainous setting.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS FOR OUR 2010 SEASON: Dining Room Manager
The role of Dining Room Manager is to manage a service staff in order to provide organized, efficient, and superior dining ambiance for our guests at a Four-Diamond luxury resort ranch. Professional and attentive communication with our guests, staff, and executive chef are essential to the success of this position. Qualifications include but are not limited to: efficiently running an 80 seat guest dining room and 60 seat staff dining room during breakfast/lunch/dinner, clearly communicating with and training seasonal serving staff, knowledge of wine and gourmet cuisine and a willingness to live and work in a remote mountain setting.
Bar ManagerThe Bar Manager will be responsible for providing wine and cocktail service before and during dinner, tending bar after dinner, managing a small staff, keeping track of inventory and ordering, and ensuring that all ranch drinking policies are enforced. Communication and customer service skills in this position are a must, as the saloon is the social center of the ranch.
